This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to use of the Surprise Local Deals ("SLD," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. By using SLD or submitting content for publication, you agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly.

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
You may not submit, publish, request that SLD publish, or use SLD to promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or otherwise unlawful. You may not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade-secret, or other legal rights, or content you do not have permission to use. You may not submit false business information, fake reviews or testimonials, impersonations, stolen images or logos, malicious links, malware, spam, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive or harmful material.

2. BUSINESS OFFERS AND ADVERTISING
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements, prices, claims, coupons, discounts, and promotional offers. A business may not submit or approve a coupon, offer, discount, or promotion that it does not intend or is not legally able to honor according to the stated terms. Bait-and-switch advertising, intentionally misleading restrictions, and deceptive pricing are prohibited. Businesses must comply with applicable licensing, advertising, consumer-protection, and industry-specific laws and regulations.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use SLD for an illegal or unauthorized purpose; harass or stalk another person; collect personal information about others for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or data; interfere with or disrupt the website or services; introduce viruses or malicious code; or use automated scraping, bots, crawlers, or bulk-posting tools without SLD's written permission.

4. SLD'S RIGHT TO REVIEW OR REMOVE CONTENT
SLD may review, refuse, edit, suspend, disable, or remove any business listing, advertisement, offer, image, video, link, account, or other content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, third-party platform rules, or could harm Users, participating businesses, or SLD's operations or reputation. SLD may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. When appropriate, we may report suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement, regulators, service providers, or other appropriate parties.

5. REPORTING A VIOLATION
